How do I get to the venue?

Directions from Kimberley:

Take R357 to Douglas. ±80km from Kimberley, cross the Riet River Bridge. After

5km cross railway line.

Few metres after railway line turn right on the dirt road at the Broadwater sign. Keep

on for about 1km to Broadwater entrance on the left-hand side.

 

What is the dress code?

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to

impress in your best black-tie attire. Shades of Cream and Sage Green colours for

the ladies. Please no jeans/denim, please refrain from wearing white to the wedding.

 

Can I bring a guest/date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on

your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one on your invite, you can add

them under the plus one button on the RSVP form.

 

Are kids allowed?

As much as we love your little ones, this is an adults only event. We encourage you

to use this evening as a “night out” for yourself!

 

When do we need to RSVP by?

Kindly RSVP by the 20th of October 2025, using the RSVP tab on the website. If you

do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

 

What do I do if I can’t make it?

You will be dearly missed! If you can’t make it to the wedding, please let us know as

soon as possible and RSVP “regretfully decline” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you.

 

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 15:30pm. Kindly arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the

ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

 

Where do I park?

Our venue has on-site parking.

 

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins,

we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully

present with us and for our photographers to be able to capture the best pictures 

which we will share with you.

 

Will the wedding be indoors/ outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

 

Will there be an open bar?

No unfortunately there won’t be an open bar however welcome drinks are served

before the ceremony and during the canapés.

No alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the premises of our venue.
